Position Overview

As Vice President of Sales for EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy in the region. You will lead our EMEA sales efforts, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and scaling a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets in the EMEA region.
• Identify key markets, industries, and accounts to expand the adoption of our Generative AI health and safety solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
• Leverage public sector and tendering opportunities to sell via bidding or RFP processes.

Team Building and Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing EMEA sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
• Set clear performance metrics and regularly assess team performance against goals.
• Provide coaching and training to ensure professional growth and effectiveness.

Revenue Growth and Account Management

• Own the EMEA sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring long-term customer success and retention.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to align sales efforts with product capabilities and market needs.

Business Development and Partnerships

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with partners, integrators, and industry organizations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to elevate brand awareness and thought leadership.

Qualification

Experience

• Proven track record as a senior sales leader in the EMEA region, preferably within AI or health and safety-related solutions.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a focus on enterprise-level B2B sales.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and regulatory landscape in health and safety.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust with both internal and external stakeholders.

Education
